Forthcoming Fish
A Different Kettle of Fish Phase Two will begin in September with a monthly night at the Flapper and Firkin in Birmingham featuring a host of top bands.
I'm currently putting the finishing touches for the lineups for gigs on September 13th, October 11th, November 8th and December 6th.
I'm not at liberty to reveal the full lineups yet as i've promised that as an exclusive to the Great Barr Observer - but so far they feature bands from far-flung locations such as Manchester, Derby and Oxford - as well as some of the most interesting bands from Birmingham and the Black Country and a man who plays a keyboard made out of lego...

PS I almost forgot to mention the storming debut by up and coming Birmingham band StrangeTime last Friday. More bad language and PVC than you could shake a stick at - and the singer from the band was quite foxy too - I'll have to try and get her phone number I reckon...
